Laikipia North Community Conservation Initiative (LANCCI)
A community-based organization, undertaking restoration and conservation interventions within Laikipia North. It exists for people & their livelihoods, land & its posterity, environment, biodiversity, and its conservation and protection within the Laikipia Ecosystem. Initiated in May 2019, its key mandate is to champion the protection and conservation of both flora and fauna, sensitize communities on effective and sustainable land use practices, monitor and fast-track community conservation progress for the posterity of the current and future generations.
