The EMPRES Global Animal Disease Information System (EMPRES-i) is a web-based platform developed by the FAO’s Emergency Prevention System (EMPRES) to support veterinary services worldwide. EMPRES-i provides a centralized system for collecting, organizing, and accessing real-time animal disease data at national, regional, and global levels. The system enables governments, veterinary authorities, and health organizations to monitor disease outbreaks, develop prevention strategies, and improve disease control and management.
