Lance Robinson

Lance is a research consultant whose work focuses on land governance, landscape approaches, community-based natural resource management, and natural resources policy.

For seven years, he worked for the International Livestock Research Institute in Nairobi, Kenya, and currently he is the owner and principal consultant of Ruwaza Sustainable Development Ltd. He was also one of the founders of the Equitable Earth Initiative think tank. Much of his work and expertise relates to pastoralism and rangeland ecosystems.
